Looking for Volunteers...

To all members and non-members,

Our society is looking for volunteers during ID Photo Taking in year 2009.

If you are available or free from January 02, 2009 (Friday) to January 10, 2009 (Saturday), kindly contribute some of your time to help out in the ID photo taking. There will be 2 sessions - morning session (8.30 am to 12.00 pm) and afternoon session (1.00 pm to 4.00 pm).

Sessions: Morning (8.30am - 12.00pm) & Afternoon (1.00pm - 4.00pm)
Venue: FES Setapak Campus

You guys will be helping the ICTC personnel. This would be a great chance to meet your juniors and new friends as well.

EXCO Meeting

1. Discussion about upcoming photo exhibition in January 2009.

2. Discussion about photo taking competition.

3. Discussion about the upcoming trips - i) Botanical Garden; ii) Bird Park and Orchid Farm

Please attend this meeting if possible. Please be reminded that you have to attend at least 80% of the meeting to verify that you are performing your duty, else you would get a certificate by the end of the term.
